Having mixed and conflicted emotions is a common feeling people go through every day. Just sit quietly with yourself, give yourself a time off from your phone and people and other distractions and think to yourself. Figure out exactly what you're feeling about something or someone. Giving yourself some space to clear your head or writing your emotions down on paper and pouring your mind and heart out can help you think and feel more clearly. That way you can easily detect the source of your emotion and directly handle it alone or with the person you're feeling towards. This way you can save your relationships and friendships by talking things out and addressing the source of the problem.
