Hi there.... im Kristine. New here. Ive struggled with depression on and off most of my life. Large events usually bring it back. Also i have a few chronic health probs that have required a few surgeries and im potting off 2 more thats needed. I have had trouble accepting whats happened to me and losing my career as well. Ive had a recent, very confusing breakup of a 4 yr relationship. All this and more has brought me to seek help for myself through here and i go to psych counseling weekly. But its getting a little easier already. Counseling is very intense.

I'm sorry to hear that depression has been something you've struggled with most of you life, I can understand how challenging that must be for you. It sounds like you're going through a lot and I really hope things start to get easier for you. Mhm, counselling can be intesne for sure. But it is more than amazing that you have decided that reaching out for the support you deserve is something you'd like to do now. I'm proud of you for taking that step, it shows me how strong and resilient you are even if you may not realise it. You're doing an incredible job already. We're all here for you through-out your journey and wish you the very best.

hi Kristine. Depression can certainly be difficult to navigate. Im glad youre seeking help. If you ever need someone to listen to in between sessions, dont hesitate to reach out.

Hello everyone! My name is Rain. I actually joined in March but I'm introducing myself now. I'm FTM Transgender, I love science (Especially Biology and Physics) and music. I've been diagnosed with Depression and Anxiety last year. I can't afford therapy sooo I'm here haha. My favourite season is Winter because I really love Christmas (Summer is pretty cool too tho :D) I guess I was feeling really bad one day and I just googled mental health stuff and I ended up here (I don't regret it)
So yeah...that's me.

Hello I am a life long sufferer of anxiety.
I am 4 days into a break up of an 18 year marriage. I had some closure and made some desitions today. I was feeling better for most of the day. I took a sleeping pill tonight at about 12 I fell asleep. But I woke up at 2:30 with normal lvls of panic. I went to put the TV on to take my mind off things and the internet was down. It set me manic all the normal things but whept uncontrollably. I left the house with the kids asleep and wheped for a good half an hr coming home. I realised that with out the internet I had no one to talk to I was heading to my mums I have returned home and I'm using my sons data. Is thisbgoing to be my future till I can get some finances in line. I have a supot officer coming today. it was my wife's responsibility and she said she would pay it for now but this was the same thing that used to happen when she was here.
