Hello, I just found this site tonight and thought I would give it a try. For the past few months I have been suffering with anxiety attacks so severe that I went to emergency room 3 times this year already thinkers I was having a heart attack or dying.I have been researching my symptoms and taking my medication they gave me but I still suffer. I feel my whole body goes numb and my head is always heavy with ringing in my ears constantly. I almost went again tonight because my head got so numb and heavy or I thought it was. Hopefully I can give and get advice here

Hello! Just joined about 15 minutes ago :-) I can't quite believe that this is real - that there are people on here who care and want to help. Isolating myself when I'm in trouble is a default setting it seems, and being on here runs counter to all of that. I'm a little terrified.
