Hello everyone I'm new here im dealing with depression and anxiety. Social anxiety is really bad at times and depression seems ever present looking for some like minded people to talk to ithink maybe it might help

@LittlebluP Oh I am! I went to a Pride event today, which normally would be a struggle with my anxiety and the hoards of people but I had a blast it was great fun! I'm probably just spending tomorrow revising as it's back to college Monday! How is yours going? I hope your day is going great, keep being you <3

Oh it was! I'm part of the group that first started it up so it's really amazing to see how big it has grown. Oh I know hahaha! But I've got exams soon and spent too much time doing anything but revision haha! Awh, I'm glad it's going well for you. Don't mention it! <3
Hi this is my first post. Honestly, I am in a bit of a transformation with being in alignment with my true values. No matter how much I practice mindfulness and being the best version of my self I struggle with self worth, depression and anxiety. If you met me you would never know. I'm mentally and emotionally exhausted from trying to be strong 24/7. I need a support system. This place was recommended.
