★★ Say hello and meet others who joined in December too★★
Hi im Mara new to 7 cups ive been a little lost lately and looking for ways to better my mental health.
Hi Im new here just joined today.
@Italianbabe welcome
Hi all, Im new today. Looking for connection and encouragement. Im looking forward to being a part of the community.
Hi! I'm new. I'm diagnosed with ADHD and Major Depressive Disorder. I've been wondering though whether it may be something more. I take my meds and talk to my counselor. I make lists and charts and try to implement routine in my life and I get nowhere.
Just came in to see what this place was all about, and it
Babycherry here just joined today after my bff requimended it. I've been managing my anxiety disorder and manic depression on my own with just basic mindfulness and an RX for cannabis. But recently things have been getting harder to cope with. So here I am to see if getting back in support groups will bring my spirits back up so I don't have to get back on the pills (don't trust are pharmasopharmacal companies) so hello all and I hope we all get some benefit from this app.
I literally was driving home today and all that was going through my mind is "dont crash this car," i wanted to put that thing into a wall but i didnt instead I b*txh to myself the entire way home from--just like last time.
Hi everyone, I hope i can learn and try and teach others. I'm a recovering alcoholic, have learned a lot in 18 months. I'm good at reading and explaining character flaws and defects. Been in a relationship with a bi polar, survived. Can help with that.
I've never been clinically or professionally diagnosed because outwardly I cover things and try to appear perfectly functional, but I really struggle to speak out and be open about my mental state and the consequences thereof to those around me. So here I am trying to learn some self-help and find support to get on a better path. I've been there for people and friends with varying struggles like anorexia, depression, anxiety, ocd, family problems etc. so I'm no stranger to these illnesses and am more than happy to talk with anyone, offer advice or merely be a listening ear. All the best and I hope to get to know some of you soon -Sky
I can understand how you feel. Ive been the strong one through so much. Hard to admit to whats wrong when everyone counts on you to hold it together. @blazingsky
HAi! I'm new and looking for someone to talk to to get me out of my head.
