Hi. My name is Avery. I am 13 and bisexual. My parents know that I am, but dont believe me and its frustrating. But, if they want it to be a fantasy, then it can be...in their minds. For example, Im dating another bi girl and they dont know. (Well, I say dating, we are more of just a thing. I am not into the whole dating in grade7 thing). LOVE THE 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈

Hi, my name is Chloe. I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. My depression is relatively calm now after a lot of counselling, but my anxiety has been getting bad recently. Sometimes I just need someone to be there who understands. As much as my boyfriend tries, he just doesn't understand

I just posted a whole thing and hit the wrong button and now it's gone.

I don't know 8f this is the right place to post. I orifi slly signed up when my boyfriend died in 2016 but just devolved I into isolation. In March this year my best friend was murdered by his partner (who had also been s good friend of mine before his psychotic break which lead to this tragedy)

I'm lost and desperate and angry and broken and scared and I have to go to a job I've had for 3 days and I've been crying all weekend and Im afraid ill break down there and I'm grasping at straws to find some meaning or healing or at least a way to reconcile all these emotions and I don't know where I'm supposed tonpost becUse I'm having a hard time.navigating the site or understanding anything. And my typing is usually better than this but I'm in a hurry and trying to calm down so I can go to work.

I'm sorry if his is wrong. Please let me know and I'll delete it.. or I guess mods delete stuff I dunno. I'm just desperate to find anything .

I miss him so much and I don't know what to do

@Nottooshabby thank you.

Some days are okay and I can function and some days I feel like I'll never function right sgain.I just started this job last monday after being out of work over s year but the past couple days I've spent more time fighting off years than not.

I know I need to find a real life grief group or something but haven't been able to but I don't know how to go on feeling this way .

His death was brutal and knowing that makes it that much worse. And the one responsible had once been my friend and it's so confusing. It still feels like so sick fucked up nightmare thstnim just waiting to wake up from

I apologize if I repeat myself or ramble. My memory is bad and being upset makes it hard to get the sentences put right.

I appreciate you reaching out and I hope you're doing okay

Please. You dont need to apologize at all. You can talk to me as much as you want and repeat as often as you need. I like that you are taking steps though. You should be really proud. Returning to work after not being there after a year is a step in the positive direction. Sharing your thoughts as you have been is a step in the positive direcfion. I would gladly continue to listen to you about whatever parts you feel comfortable sharing with me. You can do so on here or you can send me a private message. Either way, Im here to listen for you. 🙂

Hi! I first joined 7 Cups of Tea about a year ago when I needed someone to talk to about a crush I had on a friend. I never really got into 7 Cups after my first chat and kind of forgot about my account. After going to therapy throughout this year and struggling with social anxiety, depression, and trichotillomania, I've decided that I want to be able to help others who are in similar situations to me. I started using my account again and also created a listener account too. I plan to be an active member of this community both by listening and supporting others and also by interacting with people and making friends. Hopefully, you'll be seeing more of me around in the future! :)

Also, my favorite movie is The Maze Runner: The Death Cure.

Hi! 7 cups was kinda like that for me too. I also struggle with depression and anxiety

(not sure what the other one was I've not really sought out professional help I'm not sure exactly what else they would call the mess in my head)

but haven't been doing therapy or any self care really, for a number of reasons. But I think I fell off with 7 cups because I've never connected with the right listener I guess. So I was left with the different chat rooms witch I loved, but you can really get lost in all the people like by the time you say something or reply to something, like 20 messages have gone up the chat room and the conversation moved on, so I kinda forgot about it too. I'm not really all that sure how to use this site though because I was trying to find a way to message you, because you said something about how you are a listener. I thought you might see where I'm coming from or we might understand each other better than other listeners since you have struggled with anxiety and depression too.

I guess I'm just reaching out hoping for an ear that doesn't think I'm trivial or ridiculous.

Sup, I joined 7cups because I was stressed about one of my friends and I guess now I use it because I'm (probably?) depressed and haven't quite mastered the whole emotions thing and sometimes I'm okay and I feel like I'm getting better and then like a week later I end up thinking that no one really loves me or should ever love me. Sometimes I end up imagining what if my friends died. I don't know why. All it does is make me sad. No ,not sad - despairing, concerned , something - either way worse.I can't remember the last two weeks and I don't know if that's bad or not. I can't remember if I was okay last week or the week before, not even the weekend.

Hey blue um how do we get help, I cried reading your message because me too dang. Like when people get a cold they can take medicine or whatever other healing process and they get better, there has to be a way to fix this. I also forget stuff I have trouble remembering and like the worrying and concern type stuff like yeah like I've gotten into a whole argument because someone didn't tell me goodbye before they left, like we are not promised our next breath let alone tomorrow, what if they get in a car accident or a million other things could happen and my mind goes through all those too but what if something happened and I didn't have a chance to say bye. Yeah I worry about everything, my to much gean spills on every aspect of my life because Its just too much.
