I become anxious when I stretch myself out too thin, and I'm fairly good at always putting too much on my plate.

I don't know exactly what causes your specific anxiety but it could be a number of things. Try to write down when you feel this way and try to figure out what is causing. Anxiety is actually not that uncommon you'd be surprised to know how many people suffer from anxiety.

So many other people feel anxious! What you have to remember, is that you are not alone. Any number of things may cause your anxiety, when you find what triggers it, try to expose yourself to it less.

It's something that you can't control-like a fear of spiders or dark-and many people feel like this.

Good question, stress and depression are the main causes so try not to stress over things and don't try to do stressful things by learning to say no to people and this will decrease your stressing levels. Yes, you are not alone , other people feel the way that you are feeling.

Overthinking causes me to believe everything is wrong when everything is actually fine. I'm sure many people feel this way, overthinking is known to be a common killer.

I can assure you other people feel the way you do. Your anxiety is caused by your brain being scared of failing or dissapointing others. It's not a weird thing, at all.

Anxiety is something which many other people do experience every day, and there are ways to cope with it. CBT is one way, and DBT another. There's also counseling, and also carrying worrying stones. Many things cause it, and sometimes the issue is rooted deeper than we may know without seeking professional help.

Almost everyone feels a little anxious from time to time! Of course, some people experience more anxiety than others, and there are most certainly people out there that are suffering similarly to you. Consider exploring group chat with fellow anxiety sufferers, and find out for yourself! (:

For me, anxiety comes when I feel like I am losing control and I am unsure of how to gain control again. But most commonly anxiety hits me when I don't really have a reason (if that makes sense) like I can be having such a great day and nothing is going wrong and suddenly I am overwhelmed with anxiety that something is bound to go wrong and for the remainder of the day the anxiety just lingers.

Anxiety is your body going into a 'fight or flight' mode. It's where your body naturally heightens your senses and released adrenaline through your body. This is a reaction to the fear of danger, however, sometimes...if not, most times, there actually is no danger. Lots of other people have anxiety, It's fine to feel that way, and it is beatable!

School. Parents. Internal Conflicts. The place I live. My body. My insecurities. My fears. My failures. I'm in a confused & lost state, but after coming on here, I realized that other people do feel like this. Maybe it's all just in my mind..

It is difficult to determine what causes your anxiety without talking about the way you feel and about your thoughts. But I can definitely say that other people feel anxiety, and many of them find a way to manage it and live wholesome lives. If you feel that your anxiety is stopping you from living your life the way you want, it could be a great idea to look for professional help, or if you'd like, please feel free to connect with me or other listeners so you can talk about it.
