Hi Obs! 😊❤️ Thank you so very much for this post and update! Luckily for me, this is the very first thing I get to see when signing onto the site today. ahhhh, life is good my friend! Thank you for recognizing true talent when you see it! Everything you said about Amazing is spot on from my vantage point. They are someone that I have worked with in the rooms, me being on the "front lines", rolling up my sleeves, digging down deep and just getting to work to make the magic happen.

I don't really think I can even say enough good things about Amazing. Amazing is someone that truly cares about the site and everyone here on it. They are a true team player and only want the best of outcomes for all of us! They are trustworthy, they are honest, fair and they care! They are fast, smart, strong and they are cognizant of their surroundings. They have a keen eye and the ability to see things for what they are. They don't let go, they monitor, the last thing they are is apathetic and they have a mind like a steel trap! Amazing is someone that seeks change but only in a positive direction. The are consistent and consistently good at what it is, that they do!

They follow up with you, they give you feedback, they truly help us. Sometimes they even have the uncanny sense to understand what it is that you need even before you do! Amazing is someone that takes the mentoring process full tilt, they take it all the way and with the never give up attitude. They never miss an opportunity to mentor others around here in the process.

For me, Amazing is someone that truly shows each and every one of Glen's core values, day in and day out. They move across the platform and truly understand how big this place really is. They understand the concept of... learn in one area and then it becomes a portable skill to apply it to another.
