Every year, as a part of the Appreciation festival and Cupsgiving celebrations, we give out virtual "love bombs" to community listeners, members and leaders we are most grateful for!
To keep the tradition going, I invite all of you to join in to give out "love bombs" (pictures/gifs/emojis) to any 3 or more people in our community and tell us why!

I like how you cover EVERYTHING I am interested in... especially Exercise/Activity, Eating Healthy, Getting Good Sleep, and Mental / Emotional Health & Wellbeing.
I like how you even have a Growth Path... like Getting Started, Staying on Track, and Healthy Living "BUDDIES".
Plus I like how you have special areas of Dealing with Health Challenges and Physical Health Support.
You've been so supportive with your check-in questions, encouragement, and gentle guidance.
I especially like how you give us updates on how you are doing too. It encourages everyone else to share their stories too.

THANK YOU for pointing out that "eating too much protein can be bad for one's kidneys".
Your gentle reply to my push-back made me re-think my position. So I did some follow-up research that made me realize ... I am eating too much protein... and it isn't safe. So I cut back on my protein to recommended levels.

Today I just want to thank my closest cups friend @CheeryMango. She is whats cups is all about! High warmth, high expectations. She has been there through the good and bad days, and I always feel so loved when I am online. I know she is about to take a break, so I'll have to make it through this Mango withdrawal 🤣.
