Gratitude means to me in quiet moments being alone needing to rest somewhere I like it’s the pool and not paying attention to others it’s people are disrespectful it’s a librarian and shopping alone I don’t have to deal with someone I live with everyday he doesn’t listen change try to understand my needs what’s bothering me
@MindfulJourney22 gratitude means a lot to me I can only thank myself I have no one near me I ah e no one in my store I can’t even go to my dad and talk he says stop repeating yourself stop repeating things he looks at me in a certain way he gets angry mostly takes me personally I struggle at night to rest sleep being awake until 5 am
