Hi everyone 
I joined yesterday, I'm 18 years old. This is the first time I'm seeking help. From 2014 until a year ago I was in a very toxic environment at my grandparent's home, I needed to be basically invisible to avoid my grandmother yelling at me. But eventhough I'm as safe as I can be right now I still feel like I need to be invisible, I don't speak unless spoken to, I don't move unless I really need to go somewhere, it's like my brain hasn't realised yet that I'm safe. I feel like I really need to do something about it because it is affecting my social life and my relationships.
I'm sorry for possible mistakes in my post, English is not my first language.

Just joined. Friend used 7 cups years ago. Have general anxiety about therapy and am hoping the anonymity will be a benefit. Am almost 30 and there's a lot to unpack.

Hello there everyone ! Figured after many years of hardship and finally overcoming my issues, I would start of 2019 by aiming to help others and support them in times of struggle. I'm 20 years old and despite being considered young it does not diregard the amount of expereince have gained in the mental health industry. I'm really hoping to get off to a great start !
