Hello, im pretty new here.. Not quite sure what to say, uhh I suffer from depression and anxiety so thats why im here I guess? Lol hope I did it right

Welcome. I hope this place can help both of us out. I also have anxiety, so it is a little hard to type stuff on here. There are chat rooms which seem to hit and miss. I have not tried the one and one or the therapy since iam strapped for cash.

@LoyalDragon358 talking to a listener has helped me and that thankfully is free, I havent tried group chats yet.. Not sure how it would work for me. I hope it helps you and if messaging is possible my inbox is open ❤

Hello! My name is Izzy, aalthough you probably already worked that out by my username. Though this acount is new, I've actually been on 7cups for years. I joined a couple months before i turned 13, and now im a moth or so from 16. Things have definently improved over the years, and I can confidently say this site was a part of it. I'm back now after nearly a year off and I'm very happy to be back. :)

Hi all, Marisa here. I guess Im a March newbie. This is so called my leap of confidence. Im really looking for listeners who understand. I have very little group of friends and they have been great but they have families of their own. I hope at 7cup i could be better and strong, most importantly is to grow the love for myself.
