Hi all! Just joined because I've been in a funk for about five years and have either just lost interest in the creative things I used to do, or have become too tired and lacked the motivation to do them. I feel like my life has slowly been sucked out of me. I haven't gotten help earlier because it comes and goes, but I think all I need is to talk it out. It really does feel better.
Hello! Just joined this website a little bit ago today. I've felt awful just too many times lately and searched up free counseling. Found this, and it seems really chill and accepting, so I'm glad to be here. I have anxiety and OCD, and I know depression runs in my family (though I'm not sure if it's impacted me yet), so I thought joining was a good idea. It's nice to see a website with so many people that are just calm and understanding towards others. Peace.

Hi all, just joined 7 Cups. My dad suddenly passed away this week and I'm still having a hard time dealing with this loss.
Would appreciate any kind of support and in turn I hope I'll be able to help other people who have experienced the same situation.

Glad you're here. I'm so sorry for your loss. We lost my mom about 2 years ago due to a cancer that escalated very quickly. Let me know if you need someone to talk to.
