I'm trying to put together an intro but it's just not happening. Instead of continuing to write-and-erase, suffice it to say, "Here I am!"
I found 7 Cups on an iPhone ad banner while playing a game. My favorite color is bright lime spring-green, so I'm about to be in my glory. The trees are already budding where I live. 
There was a third question but I can't remember what it was. I guess that's because I'm on the far side of 60 years!

Hi im new here and i just read about the long term listeners or friends and i qould like to know how to go about it. My life seem based around my mental health and i would just like someone to chat with and check in with rele but i dont know how to go about it. Any help qould b appreciated x

Hey there! Susy here, in order to be a long term member you must find a listener (sponsor) that will take you in. You can do this by browsing for one or choose someone you've talked to before. Once doing that, you can discuss your level of support etc etc and then if you both agree to be a match the Listener will fill out the forms necessary. Welcome to 7 cups! 💕
