I sighned in as a member in 7cups. I had severe depression which got mitigated. Now here I am a listener on the topic depression. As a person who has gone through similar thoughts and state of mind , I am easily able to connect with the users with depression and hope I can make a small change in their state of mind for atleast couples of seconds .

Everyone was put on this planet for a reason. We each have our purpose, and our life is defined by how we react in situations. Sometimes it's hard to change things, you might feel like you're only one person. But if everyone thought that way then there would be nobody left to change things. It takes each and every individual to reach compromise. You are not useless, so think of ways you can try to show that you are capable of more. Your life is what you make of it, and it is not defined by your contribution. Each person is important to society, and you must start by believing that you are important as well â¤
You are not useless. You have a purpose in life. And just because you can't see it now, doesn't mean it's not there. And that's the great part about life - You get to live each day to find your purpose. Don't give up.
I don't know who are or what you do here...but I can tell you that your contribution here is important and it is appreciated. It doesn't matter whether you are a member or a listener -- if you are devoting some of your precious time here giving and/or receiving support, you are a valued contributor!

You matter. You are here because you are important, precious and deserve to live a full life. Full of cries, smiles and laughter. Everybody has their downs and sometimes needed support to make them feel better.

Nodody is useless, you only need to find away to do something for our society. Maybe like a voluntier for a orgnanitation or just be the best friend of someone.
Everyone makes a difference in the world either if it is good or bad, if you feel useless 7 cups is here to help you.

You're never useless. Even when you feel at your worst you are always serving a purpose, even if you can't see it sometimes.
Everyone is put on this earth for a reason. You are here because you are meant to leave a mark in this world, and you will! don't you ever lose hope and never forget that you truly matter... you are loved and cared for and many people around the world feel the same way you do. Keep your head up high and reach for your dreams as hard as they may seem to accomplish.
You're here because God created you. Every life has a purpose. Yes you make a difference. Maybe you can't impact the world like Bill Gates or Martin Luther King but you certainly do have impact on others. You're a blessing.You're wonderful. There are so many people in the world, it can be difficult to imagine how one single person can make a difference. One thing to remember about you, is that nobody else is sitting right where you are- with your exact group of family and friends, in your house, neighbourhood, state, and country. With your own relationships, personal history, personality, and way of viewing the world- noone sees things like you do. And nobody can have an impact in quite the same way you do. Every conversation you have and everything you do could have a larger flow-on effect than you might think. You are uniquely positioned to make your own unique kind of difference. What a way to think of it :)

Yes you make a difference. Every single person who is born here in earth makes an impact on themselves and the people around them and the world as a whole. You might argue that there were people who were born and their entire existence is evil and we could've done without them. This is not true. They were put on earth for a purpose, even if it is not one that we can find any good in. How much more so, you, who is not an evil dictator has the potential and opportunity to create goodness and kindness and positivity and change the world even if it's on a small scale

You are always helpful, always worth something. Everyone is an very rare gem to be alive, many babies don't even make out to the big world. You are here to do whatever you want to do, whatever makes you happy.

We have all asked this question to ourselves once in our life. Why am I here? Am I worth it? What I had learned over the years was that YOU make your life. No one else should lay out your whole life plan for you. That's for you to decide. You were born to have an opportunity to make change, make that change today. :) in other words, you are completely worth it.

People often feel this way when they are feeling alone, depressed or there are situations in their life bringing them down. If you have these feelings and are finding it hard to push through them, then it might be time to speak with a trained professional that can help like a counselor or therapist.
I ask my self that all the time but I decided to make a difference and help as many people as I can, that's why I'm a listener :)
Everyone's the same, deep down. If anyone can make a difference, so can you. Focus on the positives, not the negatives! You've already made a difference to my day - how many others have you touched without even realizing it?
We're all here for different reasons! No one is made to just be here, it may be hard to believe that we are all here for something, but at least trying to will get you further than you think!
