Right here! :) Either just request help for depression from a listener or you can private message me about any concerns you're having or just anything you want to talk about. I suffered from depression for 4 years and for 6 months it was pretty severe so if you need someone who can relate to you please don't hesitate to message me :)

7 Cups is a great site for depression, but you can go just about anywhere. Chatzy users make chats for people who need to vent, and much more.

7 cups is the best site to talk about depression, and also there are various self help guide/ exercises to follow. 7 cups also has various professional therapist to talk to, and guide accordingly.

Find a listener that is qualified to help you in the area of depression, you can chat with them and receive support, and someone who will listen to you. There are many fantastic groups that you can join that could be of use to you for chat help for depression, under the chat column.

You can talk to Childline. They have an online 1-1 chat 24 hours. Alternatively, you can talk to anyone on 7 Cups about it.

Right here on 7cups is a great place to start. There are special chat rooms just for depression related subjects, where you can talk to other members who are going through similar experiences. You could also talk to some of the Listeners on here such as me.

This chat actually helps out! Just find a good listener to listen to you. If you mean professionally, you probably have to go to an actual therapist.

There is a group chat here on 7cups for depression support. There are also many other websites which do this, for example childline is a great website :)
