...See more Need some support achieving your wellness huddle goal? Share here what type of support you need. It could be ieas for breaking down your goal into a smaller step, ideas for reducing a barrier, help with figuring out the SMART structure for your goal or you need some extra encouragement after a setback, etc! We can then offer the support you're seeking.  This is a supplement to the group chat - sometimes a slower pace allows for new ideas to pop up, and it sticks around for all timezones.

Shared Spaces, Shared Respect: A Reminder on Tolerance & Inclusivity

...See more Hi everyone! 7 Cups is, at its core, a global sanctuary built on empathy, acceptance, and community. We host a wide variety of group chat rooms to ensure that every individual, regardless of their background, struggles, or identity, has a safe place to feel seen and supported. We want to address a situation that occasionally comes up across our platform, particularly within our LGBTQ+ room, regarding how we interact with spaces that might not apply to us. Sometimes, individuals enter a room simply to express discomfort with its presence on their sidebar or to ask how to remove it. Entering any topic-based support room, whether it’s for the LGBTQ+ community, grief support, chronic illness, (etc., to question its visibility can unintentionally disrupt the supportive environment inside. For communities that may already face outside challenges, our rooms need to remain absolute safe havens. When an interaction makes members feel like they have to defend their right to be visible, it impacts the core purpose of that support group. True tolerance means embracing that spaces exist for everyone, respecting their right to be visible, and allowing those rooms to remain peaceful and inclusive. How the Chat List Works To clear up any confusion and prevent these unintended disruptions: * Active public rooms display automatically so those in need can find them. Listings cannot be customized or hidden individually. * Visibility is not enrollment: Seeing a room on the list does not mean you are a member or obligated to engage. * You choose where to enter: If a room or topic doesn’t apply to your life or beliefs, you simply do not have to enter. The most supportive choice you can make for your fellow members is to just scroll past. No matter which room you visit or find comfort in: You belong here, you are welcome, and your spaces are valid. Let’s continue to choose kindness, hold ourselves to a high standard of mutual respect, and do our caring community proud. ------------------------- Please review our full 7 Cups Community Guidelines to learn more about our standards for respect, safety, and inclusivity. ...See more You made it! Congratulations! Whether you reached your goals or you're still pursuing them, you completed five weeks of showing up for yourself! Here's our final set of questions to reflect on: * Share the biggest win or realization you are walking away with today. * What is the one S.M.A.R.T. habit you can make a non-negotiable part of your daily routine moving forward? * Real life means inevitable fluctuation. When you next notice yourself falling off track, what is your reset plan or micro-habit to get back into rhythm? * Tag shoutout to fellow Huddlers who have been there for you!! Please fill out this post-session form (linked here) [https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeJyMnXxDmaVf-thoVZ9zjdSyzjTsSfxuln8GSSW7mB_W-_Ag/viewform] to let me know whether or not you want to marathon another cycle or call it complete! It's been a privilege and a joy being part of your wellness & accountability journey!     ------------------------- Staying on? Read this! My availability will be minimal for the foreseeable future, which means I will not be able to provide the same level of facilitation coverage. If you are interested in helping run this Huddle, please PM me. I'll need folks to pitch in to be in the room posting prompts, doing check-ins, and just helping things keep running from week to week.

...See more We're on the home stretch! 🏁 Whether you hit your goals or had to pivot, you keep showing up. Know that consistency is the real win. Feel free to answer any of the following: * What is one part of your old routine that you are happy to leave behind for good? Why does it feel better to be without it? * One major takeaway: What is the most important thing you learned about yourself over the last month? * Growth Check: What is one habit that feels significantly easier now than it did in Week 1? * What will you do to move the needle on your goal(s) this week to finish out strong? ➡ Remember that the Huddle room is open 2/47 and runs asynchronously. Be sure to check into the Huddle room to share progress updates, and make an effort to interact with each other, as we are much more likely to be accountable as a group! Here's to a fantastic week!

Wellness Accountability Huddles: Week 4 Friday Checkin Questions (May 22)

...See more Happy Friday, Huddlers! We have officially completed Week 4 on Managing Setbacks. We’ve stopped looking at failures as ends and started looking at them as data points. Here are questions to reflect on: * On a scale of 1–10, how do you feel you did this week? OR For those with daily/maintenance goals, how are you feeling about your progress right now? * 1 Win: A moment where you successfully pushed through a setback or adjusted your plan on the fly. * 1 Final Pivot: With only one week left, is there one small adjustment you’re making to your goal to ensure you finish strong? * Setbacks often happen over the weekend when our routines shift. What is one thing you can do on Saturday or Sunday that will make your Monday self thank you?

...See more Welcome to Week 4! Our theme is Managing Setbacks. Think through these questions as we kick off the week: 1. Reflect on a recent setback or challenge that you've experienced in your goal-setting process. Notice any emotions or thoughts that arise as you bring this experience to mind. Next, ask yourself: "What's the opportunity in this setback?" or "How can I turn this setback into a positive learning experience?" Think of some action steps that you can take and share them in the thread to inspire ideas and support one another! 2. What's one thing you can do this week to move the needle on your goal consciously? (ex. a step, an act, a mindset, an affirmation) ------------------------- Our 24/7 asynchronous Huddle thrives on our collective presence, ensuring no one pursues wellness alone. Keep on dropping in and sharing your progress. Remember to support your peers and know that you can ask for help! That's what this group is for! While the Huddle flow is asynchronous to accommodate our global timezone differences, anyone can host live sessions for people to come to. If you're open to volunteering but are new to it and would like guidance, PM me for details!

...See more Welcome to the very first week of our 5-week Wellness Accountability Huddle! We are so excited to have both our returning members and a warm welcome to all the new folks joining this private space for the first time. Every Friday, I will be sharing a summary here in the forum from the optional live checkin I host (3PM ET Fridays) for everyone to reflect on. To get us started, please share your thoughts on any of these questions: * Introductions: What brings you here, and what do you hope to gain from this space?  * Define Your Roadmap: What are 1–2 wellness goals (physical, mental, or emotional) you’d like to achieve over this 5-week challenge? * Connect with Your "Why": Why are these goals important to you right now? What will reaching them change in your daily life?  * Make it SMART: How will you turn these goals into plans? Ensure your goals are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. You can use this template. [https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z6ejCNiBCPECFFBfmlKU142g9dQ63A049FAThd5XaaA/edit?tab=t.0] You do not need to have your SMART goals figured out yet, but use this first week to think through them. * Group input: Do you have any interest in either participating in or hosting a live checkin in the room? If you are interested in attending these, please reply below with your general availability. It's okay if the availability changes week by week. We just want to gauge the best possible timeframes for people to volunteer to host sessions and bring more live support to the Huddle! Speaking of... For the Huddle room: [https://www.7cups.com/chat/?c=2_d952766bc49c75e0arXSjA3fa72uWoazk_9obQ] Try to drop in every day and share your progress, your struggles, ask for help, and respond to each other. This is a peer-supported group, so the strength of this space comes from our collective presence. We aren't just here to hit our own individual targets; we’re here to build a culture of showing up for one another so no one has to pursue their wellness alone! Begin takeoff! 🚀 ------------------------- * Post in the Group Goals Thread [https://www.7cups.com/forum/groupmod/7CupsHuddles_2394/WellnessAccountabilityHuddlesGroupGoalsList2026_373201/] if you'd like to keep a permanent record of your intentions! * Bookmark Your 5-Week Guide [https://docs.google.com/document/d/13TW-WTy8hpfDajbTcIrfeiKtYe7ZfZJBhsuXB-dAxlo/edit?tab=t.0] * Anyone can host a live checkin!
